I rent a unit for my company at this location. We recently had an issue with the lock on our unit being broken and not allowing my employees to open it. I spoke with the facility manager and she was very helpful with a response and letting me know that we can just go ahead and cut it ourselves, as well as the types of lock we could put on it. I recommend this storage facility.
