Carla Silvestri is phenomenal, extremely professional and helpful. Each month when I walk into Extra Storage Place, at 70 E. Main St, Stratford, CT Carla greets me with a hello and a smile. In November 2023 the rolling door to my storage unit got stuck in the open position, therefore; I could not re-secure my unit. I went to the front office to inform Carla of the problem. Carla took time out of her busy day to address my issue. She locked up the front office and walked me to my storage unit to investigate the problem. Apparently, the sliding mechanism that aligns so you can place lock(s) on the storage unit had shifted to the right causing the unit door to jam preventing the door to fully slide down. After the problem was solved I was able to re-secure my unit. Thank you Carla for your patience, empathy, caring personality and most of all for your Stella customer service.

Perfect location. Fast and easy getting a unit. The two woman in the office, are extremely nice. I had a hiccup first accessing my unit, and they fixed everything quickly and smoothly.

What a pleasure and refreshing experience! As a first time person getting into this storage space arena, the team at Extra Space Storage made it a welcoming, informative, safe, and most of all knowledgeable introduction. Jenine was my employee point person there, welcomed me in, and took me through a guided tour of the entire facility (without me having an appointment). She made immediate time to answer all of my questions (~100+) and was there to take my follow up questions via phone. Absolute A++++ employee and so glad I walked in and met her. The website is extremely helpful and a great tool for information and pricing! Highly recommend this location and Jenine for your storage needs. Thank you!

Nice facility, clean and well-maintained. Yoshika in the front office is incredibly helpful. I spoke with her on the phone where she thoroughly explained options and was transparent with pricing. When I came by she showed me the facility and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable
