It was an okay experience that could had been easier and smoother. The online rental process was easy and fast. 1) I was disappointed that it appears the lock is intentionally made so that you have to purchase theirs. 2) Really inconvenient that you have to put in an +8-digit code when trying to move several items in and out every single time to get the doors to open, would be nice to have an easy swipe card or fob. 3) finding your rented space is a nightmare, zero signs to let you know which row and unit numbers are down each one, so you literally are walking for days. 4) Second entrance door was broken closer to my unit and with 6 different families trying to go in and out that day it was a nightmare to only have one elevator, entrance and exit. Not to mention the parking situation all crowded around 1 entrance. Overall, okay not great. Now we will see how much they try to up charge me for a small space and in what amount of time. The reviews look horrible about their pricing structure.
