Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. I had to take an important phone call while I was driving, so I did the responsible thing and pulled into this parking lot to safely take the call. The parking lot was practically empty—there was literally only one other vehicle parked there. I was also heading to the car wash right next door, so I was only going to be there briefly. Within minutes, a man came outside with an unnecessarily rude and disrespectful attitude, telling me it was private property and that I needed to move my vehicle before it was towed. I explained that I had simply pulled over because I needed to take a call and didn’t want to be on the phone while driving, but his attitude didn’t change. I completely understand that it is private property and they have every right to ask someone to move. That’s not the issue. The issue is how you speak to people. There was absolutely no reason to be hostile or disrespectful, especially when the parking lot was nearly empty and I was simply trying to be safe. Based on this interaction alone, I would never consider doing business with this storage facility. Customer service and basic courtesy matter, and unfortunately, this experience showed me neither.
