Recently purchased a rental for the company I work with. It’s new so everything is good and location is easy to get to. Reason low stars is a male employee that’s there is extremely rude and confrontational. Example picked up garbage that was found on the floor and disposed of it in the garbage bin he immediately confronted and said “that will be the last time you do that here” I understand the facility doesn’t want people to throw large amounts of garbage away because they have to pay for that but keeping the facility clean by throwing a pice of plastic away seems extreme to confront customers that way. Also when singing up to the unit again confrontational on the use of the storage and made it very unpleasant experience to were we are now debating to just move already. There are plenty in the area and we chose this one because closet but willing to drive a extra 2 mins to next one just to avoid the poor customer service we have experienced so far

I came in last minute to check prices and see the units in person, and I was greeted with wonderful service from Ed. He was very informative, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was great, and best of all, the property looked very well maintained and secure, which gave me a lot of comfort about renting here. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service! Highly recommend if you're in the Apollo area.
