Ed was amazing! Very attentive and professional he made sure I knew where everything was located in the facility and where my unit was at. The facility is new and clean. I rented the 10x20 and it’s very spacious and I like that it has an overhead light.

I was given a professional walk through shown an alternate size if possibly the I initially wanted wouldn't work gave me the entrance points of the building took time to explain to me what is okay how the lights work being a female that's important and just being a person just given that time was very exceptionally. Special. That is where i won't would contract, leaving my belongings and keeping them safe and it is clean. It is cool in there. Everything is just fabulous The gentleman that met me at the office in the office was pleasant professional.Very kind and very Approachable
