We used this storage facility for 2.5 years and our rate was increased three times, doubling what we were paying initially. There are roaches all over the facilities and the elevator is down half the time. We also found mice droppings on our boxes when we moved out. Canceling the service was a nightmare due to not being able to reach anyone at the front desk. The general number just directs you to your local facility... Would highly recommend using a different storage facility.
