Ultimately, this place sucks. I originally signed up for a promotional price, $66.91 for the first 3 months. Then it went up to $104.11. Everything was good from February-July, until I got a paper in the mail explaining that my rate is going up to $215.11. That's an increase of 106%??? Why? Just because they said so? I'm not even getting 1% of any additional value. Especially when I don't really like the place to begin with. I wanted a single door unit, ended up in a multi-door unit, which that's on me, should've read more thoroughly. However, there's 3 giant yellow pylons in front of the building that make getting in and out not impossible, but wildly inconvenient sometimes. Especially when you have furniture or longer items, or simply if multiple people are trying to utilize the door at the same time. Putting in my code to open the door to the building is fine, but the elevator every single time? Again, wildly inconvenient in certain scenarios, especially when you have 4 people moving in at out and only one elevator is currently working!!! I don't fault the other people moving in and out, it's the company. The second elevator used to work and now it doesn't, but you want to charge 106% more? Lastly, there's only one part of the building where there's a ramp if you're utilizing a dolly. Nothing wrong with that until you have an inconsiderate Goofy Goober who parks in front of the only ramp. Ultimately, this place sucks and I've moved out as I refuse to pay 106% more when the only difference I've noticed is they've added more push carts downstairs. Other than that, one ramp, broken elevator, inconvenient codes and pylons, just overall this place sucks. Ain't worth the money.
