They wanted to up my storage rate… teresa helped make sure that didn’t happen so the staff cares about you and that’s business 101. There is a storage place on every corner. Extra storage is the one i choose.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Extra Space Storage. I rented a space sight unseen, and the storage space was exactly what had hoped. On my initial call Jacob helped me to easily sign up for the rental. He honored the discounted rate I saw online and proceeded to guide me through the details. When I visited the storage space, I met Theresa, who graciously answered my questions and offered additional information. Since this is my first experience with Extra Space Storage, I had General and specific questions. Theresa was extremely helpful. The storage space itself was clean and exactly as described. The lock is sturdy, the space is clean, and a ladder is available to reach the back of the space. My space is 5 x 5 x 4, above another space of the same size. I was afraid the space would be dirty or maybe have insects in it, but everything was perfect. Based on my experience I *highly* recommend the storage units at Extra Space Storage.

Staff was very helpful. Their network was behaving poorly. I tried to sign my contract via an email. Things got bogged down.i call the next morning and the local manager Theresa called me back and within minutes the log jam was broken. No complaints. Well done.

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the extremely tight area in which to park my 16' cargo trailer. It's just not set up for easy access. They keep things very clean and well maintained there! Staff is always professional and ready to assist in any way. Thank you for the secure place in which to keep my things for the past 2+ years.
