Editing my review, original review remains below. Very disappointed. I was initially happy (see below) everything was going great, good facility, good price, out of sight out of mind. I would have happily paid my bill for the rest of eternity. then suddenly in month 4 my bill DOUBLED out of nowhere. I called them up. "Oh just normal business" I then said that doubling the rate with no warning was unacceptable. They then asked me "what do you think is a fair price increase"the reason i signed up with you was for the advertised price which i thought was fair. I could see after a year MAYBE raising my rate a few bucks but DOUBLE? After just a few months? They explained that its a "month to month" rental and wanted me to "negotiate my new rate" I really don't have time to be negotiating with a storage facility. I paid what i thought was a fair price to get my stuff out of mind, now I am going to have to haggle the price every month? Disappointed. Will be looking at one of the other 25 storage facilities in the cape lol _________ Original review ________ Easy sign up online. Easy access to the unit with your phone. Carts available for use right at the door. Facility is clean and air conditioned. Signed up and had my garage cleaned out and stored within the day without having to speak to anyone. Excellent experience all around.
