Excellent location. Management and staff was super friendly to me. Prices aren't outrageous imo, and it's pretty close to my house so it works fine for me. Becca (I think that was her name) seemed like she knew her stuff, and super patient with all of my ridiculous questions. Highly recommend

I'm moving to the area and have been in need of a storage unit and I went to few different places but always seemed to end up getting rude employees but when I went to Extra Space Storage I was welcomed by an amazingly uplifting spirit by the name of Becca, she was very informative and had no problem answering any questions I had, it's definitely nice to encounter employees such as her, I will definitely be storing my item here with trust worthy people like Becca. Highly recommend this place!

Need to give a big shoutout to the manager Becca here at this location!!! Rented a unit I was hoping to only be for two weeks to a month MAX, due to my daughter, who is now 8 months pregnant, in between moves on a new place. Well, we have been thrown every obstacle/nightmare trying to finalize this move, and upon move in day, we were hit with yet another almost impossible task, and were unable to move in. Either vacating the unit or payment was due the 1st, and Becca truly took, what would’ve been the straw the broke the camels back situation , and went above and beyond to explain in a very professional way, my options(that I wouldn’t have to dish out another almost 300$) told me everything would be ok, and we could take care of the balance(prorated) on Friday after the holiday!! She took the biggest weight off my shoulders with kindness and compassion to our situation, and truly made my day!!! I might also add, we had a very friendly conversation and I felt like I was talking to a ‘Friend’ on the phone which is exactly what I needed at that very moment!!! Kudos to you Becca!! You’re an asset to that business!!!

The place to rent storage is Life Storage at Drew and Myrtle Avenues Ask for Becca. The kindest, most positive person I’ve met in a long time. She WILL make sure you are satisfied before you walk out. This woman Becca, the manager, is the best!
