I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance, but when I arrived at the appointed time, there was no one there. On other occasions, it is difficult to find an employee, whether you have an appointment or not.

This place doesn't work for people who are going through a hardship! We haven't had much luck with everything and they seem to think it ok to laugh at people who are going through a hard time! They will cut your lock after 2 months if you're late! Stay far away from this place! They offer no help when they want you to vacate! Also you have to pay cash if you want your stuff! The manager isn't very kind!
