Andrew’s at extra space storages was absolutely amazing helping me when I came in. I had been looking for a affordable storage unit for a few weeks and was so defeated trying to find one, when I walked in and spoke with Andrew he was very attentive and professional from the beginning to end, I explained my family emergency situation as to why I needed the storage unit and he found me the best price and helped me figure out the size I needed and best pricing for it. Throughout the time I was there signing the lease on the unit he kept a conversation going with me about showed true concern about my family members health condition I told him about. He took his time explaining every detail to me and made sure to help me find where my unit is and the best way to get there through the back to unload my stuff. I would most definitely go back to extra space in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that’s needing a unit. I work in customer service so I can tell when someone genuinely is trying to help you or are stuck in robot mode doing their job, and Andrew without a doubt definitely cared and genuinely tried his hardest to help me in every way that he could. HE made me for a few moments not stress about what is going on with my family and made me feel much better about things. And to top it off the units are brand new great sizing and location and the security system and procedures they have is the best I’ve seen in the time I had been look for a unit. I highly HIGHLY recommended coming here for a unit you will not be disappointed!!
