I have dealt with different storage companies and they have raised rates and continued to raise the price. I have been in a similar position and they have done what they wanted. I have to give credit where it’s due and this company has been great. I called Melissa and she told me she was going to talk with her District manager about the rate. I am so happy that she did. The storage is clean and everything looks great. Not only do they listen but they also try and accommodate your needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to store your stuff. They are very helpful and try to do what your needs are. They are truly amazing people. Thank you so very much for the help.

Spoke with Andrew on the phone. He was very curious and helpful. Went to the office and had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa who was just as helpful and took us around to see various size units. Every person who answers the phone is polite and willing to answer questions. I have not begun using the unit yet but am anticipating the same quality of service I have thus far experienced.
