I just wanted to commend Chanel for her great attitude and kind personality. I had lost my key to my storage unit and she promptly removed the lock and provided me with a new one. I anticipated it was going to be a long process and cost me quite a bit to take the lock off for the inconvenience. I have had a storage unit for work here for a very long time.. for the past 8 years. I just wanted to make sure you knew that Chanel is a wonderful asset to your company and should be recognized!
