Gg was a great help !! It’s not often that a manager or customer service person would go out of their way to help me the way she did. I wish everyone in her position would be so helpful unfortunately it’s rare to find someone that actually cares about her customers. I was planning on moving to another location in order to get a space that was a better fit for my needs but after seeing how Gg went out of her way to help me I’m not going anywhere else

Gigi is great. She calls me if theres any issue with my unit. One month I fell onto some hard times and she listened everything I said and was understanding of my situation. She offered to waive some late fees if it got to that point. It reminds me of why I chose Extra Space Storage in the first place. I live in Delray Beach and I love how I can open the gate with the Extra Space app. I love even more that my personal things are being cared for by good, honest people and piece of mind is everything.
