I rented a storage space in Sept at approx $150 a month, 3 months later they sent a mailer that my rate (as I am monthly) is raising to $253.. what a scam! They get you to move in them almost double the rate! The current rate for the exact same unit is $107 on sale regular price $185 so why gouge a coustomer that is already there? Because they know it’s inconvenient to move it! Update 8-31-2026: They initially agreed to increase an additional $30. It should have had NO increase in 3 months! I had only had it 3 months at initial increase. (Local office) stated corporate office changes rates & they have no control. NOW today 8-31-2026 I received an email that they are increasing again $100 per month. SO $260 - Stating - “Current Market Conditions” They are currently renting a larger unit for $154 unit …So not market conditions- Bait and switch! The only place this company has "good" reviews is their own site. Consumer Affairs- BBB - Google - Yelp - Trustpilot - Reddit all negative with VERY similar complaints. This company is the definition of bait and switch! GO ELSEWHERE !!! Read The Reviews!

They were wonderful! GiGi , if I spelled that right my hearing is not the best. She was the nicest, most helpful person. She was stayed with me, when she could of went home (it was past the end of her shift)and helped me. The other 2 emoloyees were xtra nice too. The one guy had to help me w. My car door. He was patient took his time, that was sooo nice too!! I am just thankful that I picked u guys. Great customer service in person and on the phone. This is to be commended. Thank you,. Janet Thomson
