I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. Greshell at Extra Space Storage is truly exceptional. I ran into a frustrating situation late at night with my unit and customer service, and she stepped in when she didn’t have to. Not only did she resolve the issue, she went completely above and beyond—helping me physically move a refrigerator into my unit and even assisting with refunds tied to a location that wasn’t even hers to manage. That level of ownership, professionalism, and genuine care is rare. She treated the situation like it was her responsibility from start to finish, and because of her, what could have been a terrible experience turned into a great one. Extra Space Storage—take note. You need more managers like Greshell. She’s the reason customers stay loyal.
