Had a great experience renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage. Rafael, the employee who helped us was fantastic—very patient, friendly, and professional. He took the time to show us several units of different sizes on different floors so we could find the one that worked best for us. He also explained the pricing, policies, and everything we needed to know without making us feel rushed. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to his excellent customer service.
