Stephanie was a great help a couple of weeks ago. There was a mistake in my billing which was kinda my fault as I was going from two units to one. She worked it out and made things right. I am so glad she was there.

We’ve had our things in this facility since the floods. It is clean and easily accessible. They do like to periodically raise the storage rates which does not help in our recovery. I did receive some assistance from Stephanie the new manager who had some suggestions for us to reduce our costs. Thank you Stephanie!
