This facility has had numerous managers over the years. I’ve been storing stuff there for over 20 years and I’d say Vikki is among their best. She was pleasant, helpful, and sympathetic while she listened to my complaints about the price gouging that goes on at every renewal. My only complaint with this place is their complete and total adherence to getting as much as they can from every customer - after the initial 6 month rental. I’ve been a business owner for almost 40 years so I’m all for making a buck. But I also know how to treat my long term clients and be fair about cost increases. It’s ridiculous I can’t lock in a price and pay for the year - they cap it at 6 months so they can charge more. I’m guessing their business model is to not have long term clients. I should thank them for giving me the motivation to divest myself of what’s there. Vikki gets 5 stars, the facility gets 5 stars, the business model gets 1 star.

????? Outstanding Customer Service from Vikki! I can’t say enough good things about Vikki at Extra Space Storage! We had an issue with a lock that was stuck on our storage unit, and Vikki went above and beyond to help us get it taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did she help resolve the problem, but she also made sure we had a new lock so we were all set. It’s so refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a great one thanks to Vikki! Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her! Thank you, Vikki, for your kindness and exceptional customer service.
