Don't believe the rates quoted online. I rented a 5x10 space last March, the rate was about $40/month, with the first month free. Seemed like a great deal until in June the rate doubled to $78/month. Then it went down to $76/month, who knows why. Don't believe the current online quote of $26/month because it is going to go up. It seems to be a common bait and switch deal with storage facilities, not just with Extra Space but also with iStorage, according to reviews. They get you in and then you don't want to have to move everything and start over somewhere else. Other than that the place is clean and easy to use. But there should be more honest pricing with some sort of lock-in for at least six months, or better, a year.
