Reserved indoor parking unit online and realized the door is 8.5 feet wide and not 10 feet. My trailer is 8.5 feet wide. Manager was extremely helpful. Closed the agreement and helped me find a suitable space at another location. Fantastic experience.

It's been a good experience but a little pricey at times on your customers that has been with the company for a long time. Keeping them happy brings in lots more customers. Lance was very helpful I ask some questions that really concern me an very professionally Lance directly me with the answers I wanted to hear. He insured me he would surely check on my questions.
