Steve was very awesome! I actually worked with Steve and knew him from way back! Steve set me up with no issues and he made it very stress free!! I recommend anyone to ask for Steve when you are going to purchase a unit at extra Space on colonial!

Unfortunately, I got scammed with one of those text messages Everyone has been receiving nowadays with the toll booths and had to cancel my cards. From there, I was behind on everything. Once my extra space unit was behind Steve stay in contact with me to ensure that nothing major happened to my account. I only trust extra space in this area. The units are always clean, the management is always helpful. A lot of good things to say. Thanks, Steve!

Super easy to navigate the online rental. Contact free. I got to my new rental unit and it was clean, had a lock inside the unit and it was ready for storage. Only changes I would suggest on app are to be able to change unit rental size online without starting over, and to be able to prepay for a whole year of service versus monthly. The staff was great and very helpful. The place is super clean and easy to navigate. Glad I chose this rental facility.

Wonderful experience. I highly recommend this site for your storage needs, we came in to look at one of the units with the automatic doors and the staff was so helpful and nice that we signed up right away. It’s always nice knowing that the staff running the facility your storing your belongings at is polite and respectful, Steve was great!
