Renter BEWARE!!! I had a unit- temp controller for 2 months. On Sunday I went to it and found a dead rat inside. The office was closed so we had to remove it our selves. Then 5 days later we are notified our unit rate is increasing by $68. They claim it’s because market rates increased—-but we’ve already called 3 other facilities in town who have proof their rates have not increased. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

This has been my best experience at a storage unit in Gainesville, and I have used three different companies (having had some very bad experiences). The facility is incredibly clean and temperature controlled. The property is well-lit and feels very safe. The process was also very clear and smooth for reserving a unit and getting set up. Mark is very kind and personable! I would feel 100% comfortable keeping my belongings here in the future and would recommend it wholeheartedly! Thank you!
