Will, the Manager, is absolutely fantastic! From the service over the phone, to the walk around the facility when we arrived, to the setup of the account, everything was seamless. Great facility and very secure. Highly recommend - be sure to ask for Will!

This summer I had the pleasure of interacting with Will (the Manager) and I can confidently say he provided the best customer service l've ever experienced!!! He was friendly, attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. There were two instances in particular that showed me he was an amazing manager- initially I did not lock my unit properly and he called me the next morning after his walk-through to make me aware! The other time I inadvertently dropped my keys after I locked up and again, Will saved the day! The facility is well-maintained, and it's evident that Will takes pride in keeping it clean and secure. The units are in great condition, and the surrounding area is always tidy, which made me feel confident in storing my belongings there. The whole rental experience exceeded all expectations- thank you again, Will.

NEW AND FINAL UPDATE!!, August 30th 2024: I had a very VERY positive experience having my property stored at this location from Extraspace storage. If you are having a situation, and need your valuables stored at a safe location, this is the location you need. You can store things as large as boats and cars, and things as small as a few boxes. They are very accomidational AND it's location is easy to get too, while also discrete! They have security gates, cameras, and those cameras are watched constantly! Makes me feel safe to not only be here, but store my valuables. This is your one stop shop for needing a safe place to keep your stuff! Take my personal experience for example! Paul is their store manager and I HIGHLY Recommend working with him! Paul went Above and Beyond Expectations for protection! I had a classic 54 year old car stored here. Valuable and Sentimental. Stored for almost 2 years and I occasionally came to check on the vehicle and keep it in good running condition. When I sold the vehicle I was worried about safety for everyone involved including myself. Paul helped me with the move out process, making it safe and easy. I am having to do alot of things on my own and he was very knowledgeable and supportive! I felt extra safe in his care knowing he had my back! I can't thank Paul enough in the move out process! He made it simple and easy, when I was tired, anxious and worried. I felt safe, and relieved knowing I was in good hands with Paul! I'm moving from out of town and needed a place to store my property! All I had to do was make a phone call and got everything set up over the phone! Can't wait to move close by and start my new journey! MARCH OF 2024 Update!!: It has been 1 full year with this location and I am LOVING IT! I have LOVED my experience here at Extraspace Storage! Will is an AWESOME person! Knows his stuff and makes me feel SAFE!! Because I AM SAFE with Will amd Extraspace Storage! I have valuables that need the up armor protection! The gate is very secure and well guarded!! Even the slightest of issue, or even if they are suspicious of any activity These guys have been so quick and PROFESSIONAL about contacting me!!
