Started off at a decent price of around 100/month after the insurance and whatnot. Then suddenly went up to 159+ insurance on top of it without any warning. Edit: with that being said as far as the facility goes, its always been very clean and easily accessible. Haven't once seen any bugs and I come and go quite often. Has great lighting as well for night visits.

Extra Space Storage on Timuquana will always have an extra space in my heart! ???? as most people have during these times, the past few months leading up to this point haven’t been the easiest, but I’ve remained steadfast and faithful through it all. I received a call from one of the associates and was prompted an offer I could not refuse. You see I had been making partial payments for some time in attempts to catch up with my debt and open up an account for a smaller unit or closing the one I had all together. Debbie called me and informed me that because I had successfully reached a major point of debt repayment prior I was eligible to reach a settlement to where I could be forgiven for the remaining owned for the month just so long as I removed all my items from the unit before the end of the month at no cost to me! I usually avoid these random calls during the day, but today I answered and I’m so very thankful that I did. This was a very rare and circumstantial opportunity and I am so very grateful for it. Many thanks and blessings to the DM, Debbie, Vincent and the Employees at Extra Storage!
