I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Ms. Debbie! Just the thought of renting a storage unit for a relocation was so overwhelming for me, but she was incredibly helpful and patient with me. We needed a space for short term storage and ended up at Extra Space at the 103st location. Debbie was always extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She explained everything about the facility and allowed me to preview the unit. Whenever I had to call, she would be sure to help out. Also, the facility was always very well kept. Should we ever need storage in the future, I will use this location again.

My initial experience with Extra Space was awesome. Ms Debbie took her time and walked me through the best size to fit my needs and was extremely informative with my questions on my contract. Even before helping me she acknowledged my presence and politely asked for more time, which in my opinion probably would’ve overwhelmed the average Joe. I happy I stopped by first, she made my move a relief.
