I had my unit for close to 3yrs and have never had an issue. The staff is polite and always willing to help make things easier, even changing my billing times to make it more suitable during tough periods. I especially like the courtesy call reminders when my bill is due, assuring I don't forget, but also helping me avoid those late fees. I highly recommend the one on 103rd. They were awesome!
