This place was promising until the rate kept going up. Then, they did sone kind of work in the building that left dust and pieces of the ceiling in my unit and all over my furniture . Then I visited my unit today, 9 -26 -26 and there are mice droppings in my unit! I see that there are mice traps inside and outside of the building to address the problem, but it sickens me to think that mice are rummaging through my belongings. I rented with Xtra Space in Orlando and never had this kind of problem. Smh .
