I went in with little to no details of what I needed for storage. The front desk agent Kawayshia was so patient and kind. She helped me find the perfect size and was super thorough when going over the contract together. Facility is super clean, easy access to my storage and help is accessible whenever I need them. —————— (Update) Kawayshia helped me when I needed to move out of storage. She is so kind. She explained the policy and also made sure to assist with my auto-payment and made sure I wasn’t overcharged for days that I no longer need the storage. Top notch customer service.

I am a renter at the Murray Hill location in Jacksonville Florida. They have been absolutely wonderful. Kay was very helpful this morning when I needed some assistance with my bill. She was efficient and kind. She got everything I needed help with taken care of in a short 10 minute phone call. Their units are clean and climate controlled as well as you can get insurance on your unit at a reasonable price, this is important to me because I have a lot of collectables. Their customer service is great overall and the location is perfect for me.
