Showed up at the office but no one was there. No worries. Called the toll free number from the parking lot and rented a unit over the phone and was able to immediately check out the unit and secure it with the free lock. It's now 3 weeks later and I'm moving out. Notified the staff member after we cleared out and swept up. Easy peasy.

From the initial move in of my belongings to the very few issues that have occurred, Extra Space Storage has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The facility is very clean and seems to be very secure. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of some extra storage space.

Everyone I encountered at Extra Storage Space always went out of their way to help you. The place is always clean. I was moving and put all of my furniture and boxes in 2 large units. One day I forgot to put the lock on one of the units ?????. That afternoon the manager called to tell my my unit was not locked and wanted to know if I had left it open. They go the extra mile to make you feel special.
