I am a renter at the Murray Hill location in Jacksonville Florida. They have been absolutely wonderful. Kay was very helpful this morning when I needed some assistance with my bill. She was efficient and kind. She got everything I needed help with taken care of in a short 10 minute phone call. Their units are clean and climate controlled as well as you can get insurance on your unit at a reasonable price, this is important to me because I have a lot of collectables. Their customer service is great overall and the location is perfect for me.

I had a great experience at extra space storage. My associate was a beautiful black young lady by the name of Miss Lee. She’s very patient. She’s very detailed and she and she gave 110%. Her customer service was top-tier. This associate is an asset to the company and extra space storage will continue to get my business as long as she’s there!! ??????
