I rarely write reviews, but Lila deserves every word of this one. I’ve had storage units at different locations before, and unfortunately not all experiences were positive. One location I visited had visible rodent droppings inside the facility and even a broken access door that management acknowledged had been an ongoing issue. As someone who had already been dealing with a very stressful move, that experience was enough for me to immediately cancel and leave. That experience made me appreciate this Extra Space Storage location on Vineland even more. Lila has been absolutely wonderful from day one. Every time I visit, she is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure customers understand everything. She never makes you feel rushed, and she consistently goes above and beyond to provide great service. One thing that stands out is how well maintained and clean this facility is. You can tell that someone truly cares about keeping the property in excellent condition. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk in. Moving and storing your belongings can be stressful, and having someone like Lila there makes a huge difference. She treats people with respect, professionalism, and kindness, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have an employee like her. If you are looking for a clean, well-managed facility with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this location.
