Exceptional service! I had such a great experience today! I came to this location not realizing it had changed to Extra Space Storage, which was actually a nice surprise because I had used Extra Space Storage years ago. Angel greeted me as soon as I walked in, and from there everything was so easy. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me a unit right by the office, and I immediately said, “Yep, I’ll take it.” He got all my information, explained everything I needed to know, went over the rules and the access hours, and had me set up in no time. I told him I didn’t need any paperwork printed because email was perfectly fine, and just like that—signed, paid, and DONE! I also really appreciated that Angel told me if I ever have an issue with the access hours or need some type of accommodation, I can reach out to him and he’ll see what he can do to help. That meant a lot because he didn’t just rent me a unit and send me on my way. Super friendly, helpful, straight to the point, and no unnecessary hassle. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate. Thank you, Angel, for making everything so easy today! Definitely 5 stars from me!
