Have used Extra Space Storage for 10+ years in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Lakeland locations. Through hurricane relocations (at least 2) we have received adequate care. Timing has been an issue at times, but the employees have always been helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any storage needs you might have!

Kareda has amazing customer service it shows outward she cares. The facility is brand new, clean and comfortable air conditioning. However it lacks directional signs. The unit numbers seem all over the place coming in for the first time. Extra space will hopefully address this.
