Absolutely Outstanding Storage Facility & Exceptional Customer Service! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Extra Space Storage in Land O’ Lakes! I have been using this facility since January 2025, and I can honestly say that I have no regrets whatsoever. From day one, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the facility and the level of customer service. The facility is brand spanking new, exceptionally clean, neat, tidy, well-organized, secure, and fully equipped with all the conveniences and comforts you could want in a storage facility. Everything is maintained beautifully, and you can immediately tell that a great deal of care and attention goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. It is genuinely a pleasure to use! But what truly makes this location stand out is Ms. Colleen, the manager. She is absolutely amazing! She is kind, professional, welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and consistently treats every customer with genuine respect and care. Her customer service is exceptional, and she goes above and beyond to make sure clients feel valued, welcomed, and taken care of. Ms. Colleen is a true asset to Extra Space Storage.
