I’ve only had my rental a few days but love it so far. Rented online with their discount the process was very easy. Got there same day and my unit was ready with a little note and my lock inside. Very clean unit, building and site in general. So far would recommend.

Pricing issues. Monthly fee was supposed to be $99.00 my unit didn't empty out so they had to give me a climate controlled room. Which they offered for the same monthly fee. So I took it. Then after one month it went up to $130 almost. Then for May it went up over $220 monthly. Like wow seriously. This unit was for my son who is handicapped and this extra out put of his cash didn't. Luckily his home closed end of May got his stuff out right away and was notified there would be a partial refund because of our move out date. That helped him some. My recommendation is get everything they say in writing. That was my error.

Lisa the manager was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The facility is very clean and there are security cameras everywhere. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other storage facilities in the area. I am confident my belongings will be in good hands.
