So far I’m not happy at all. I rented a 10x10 that was supposed to have been an air conditioned unit. I never was shown the unit because I had rented from this storage company when I lived in Naples..in Naples the service and unit were excellent.. air conditioned and you could put an extra lock on the unit for more security.. so I believed what I was told.. first, the unit was supposed to have been A/C IT WAS NOT.. I mentioned it to the office and I was told thank you because they were not aware of it.. supposedly the compartment where the unit was at received the repair a couple of days later.. I was so glad because I told them I needed a A/C unit to protect some valuable items I had. I went on a Saturday to retrieve some items.. it was hot and very uncomfortable to work in.. the lock that slides over is damaged and needs replacing. I could only use one lock instead of the 2 I normally use. I’m moving to another company asap..
