I have been at this location for many years and over time have had up to 4 units while moving my daughter home during Covid to relocations my parents due to their poor health and I have always been treated fairly and with respect. Recently, another new owner took over and you never know what you’re going to get but much to my pleasure I was not only met with the same respect for my time on sight but when I had a concern about the temp it was addressed and corrected. They then went over and beyond to make certain I felt heard and appreciated. I hours to be here for many years to come! I am from KY and I just can’t get over not having a basement so this is my basement! ??????
