Kim and Debbie went the extra mile in making sure we got the unit we needed and to make all aspects of the transition very smooth. The service at this place has been beyond what I expect from a storage space. Kim has gone above and beyond and has even reached out to me when one of my kids left the lock open so I was able to come and secure our unit. She's been fantastic and I can't say enough good things about her! Everyone here has been friendly and helped to facilitate an unexpected need for a place to store a houseful of furniture quickly. Great people and the place is clean and secure.

Great place to keep your stuff for Storage the Property manager name miss( Kim )extraordinary excellent They need to have more like her I really appreciate her This is for the ( corporate office for Extra Space Storage )in Longwood I think you guys should give her a raise miss Kim wow!!!.
