Ili and Joseph were fabulous. Ili explained everything thoroughly and showed me the different units and their prices. I like the fact that they prorate the time if the entire month is not used. Also, if things are taken out, there is also the option of downsizing to a cheaper unit. Very efficient and courteous service.

Emphasizing that access to your storage unit will be from 6am until 10pm. I am pleased that the top of my unit is caged for additional security. I had a decent sized unit and got the first month free (promotion advertisement) which prompted me to chose Extra Space. I was only in South Florida for a while so I had to close my unit which was an easy task with help at the front desk. They gave me a prorated price to match up with my moving plans so I was not paying for the full month after I moved.
