I chose Extra Space Storage expecting a secure and well-managed facility, but my experience did not fully meet those expectations. While the property initially appeared clean and organized, I encountered several issues over time. Access to the unit was not always as convenient as advertised, and there were occasional concerns regarding maintenance in certain areas. Additionally, the pricing structure was not as transparent as I had hoped, with increases that were not clearly communicated in advance. Customer service responses were delayed when I raised concerns. Overall, the experience was somewhat frustrating and did not provide the level of reliability I expected.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was below average and somewhat disappointing. The rental process was smooth at first, but the service quality declined afterward. I noticed that the facility was not consistently maintained, and there were minor issues that went unresolved. Communication with the management team was not very effective, making it difficult to address concerns. The pricing also felt higher than expected for the level of service provided. Considering the importance of secure storage, I expected better attention to detail. I would hesitate to recommend this location based on my experience.
