UPDATE: 2/6/2026 Meet the new boss, same as the old boss... water from a drain pipe all over the floor. Hopefully there's nothing of value in those units (see updated photo). ----- ORIGINAL: Long time customer. Went to the storage unit to leave some items and I encountered a sign on the elevators saying OUT OF ORDER. Went to speak to the person in their office and was told the elevator's motherboard got fried during a storm. They aren't able to fix until Friday. The most upsetting part... no apology and was almost dismissed until he released I've been renting a space for a while. Also, no form of help or compensation was offered (I am paying for a service, right?). I was told I could use the stairs, which I did. If you're considering renting here you may want to think twice just because of the lack of customer service... should be ashamed.
