So professional and customer friendly. Rafael was thorough in his explanations of storage available and the contract. The entire process was fast, friendly, thorougj and professional all at the same time. You rarely get that combination these days. The location is spotless and feels safe and well looked after. My experience with extra storage was great. Booking online was super easy, but you had to go in and show proof of identification, which wasn't a problem. Once I arrived. Raphael's, the front desk customer service representative, greeted me and asked me what I needed help with. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my contract terms and unit. The process was easy, and My unit was ready for use. When you arrive, ask for Raphael.

My experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! A gentleman by the name of Rafael took care of me, explain everything on point, took the time to show us around , and extremely pleasant , I don’t know if he is the manager or not but if he is not , he should be consider. We need that customer service in Miami, 50% of the decision to rent that property really was him . Thank you so much Rafael??
