While the staff is friendly, we had problems with this location from the first day. Per the website, the 1st month should have been free. When we arrived at the storage facility to sign the paperwork, we were told that deal was not for our unit type. Even though we had the email to prove it. After calling extra space customer service, they put us in touch with the Manager. We were issued a refund. The first 3 months were reasonable rates for a 10'+10' space. However, they were vague on what the cost would be after the 3 months were up. There was no estimate given. On the beginning of the 3rd month we receive the new cost for the month to month. It went up in price by almost $100. The facility itself is in good shape. Climate controled is a plus. However, the bathroom is never open and the carpet could use a major cleaning and it has a foul mold odor throughout.
