Our experience finding a good storage unit was made easy by the folks at Extra Space Storage. The process to reserve the unit was quick and simple to do online. The woman who gave us a follow up call to confirm the unit, Mary Ann, was extremely kind. The next day we came to the location to check everything out and John was here to help us. Right off the bat he was extremely kind and welcoming. He gave us all the information, and answered every question we could have thought of before we even brought it up. He walked us through the building, explained how to access everything we needed to, and even demonstrated how to utilize the lock we purchased from them. All in all it has been a great experience so far, and we plan on our continued business with them.
