If you plan on keeping the unit for more than 2 months, DO NOT RENT HERE! or possibly any storage unit in Naples, unless the price is a non issue. They jack the price up so high after two months. They claim it has to do with availability, but that is a lie! They will sell you on low cost at first, and claim that you will pay like $79 or $89 maybe for a 10x10. False! By the time I moved out after a couple years, I was paying upwards of $250/mo. That's $1,800/yr. for junk that's not even worth that. It is not a matter of WILL my price go up, it's a matter of IT WILL GO UP SIGNIFICANTLY, Guaranteed! Nobody, not a single business or service subscription anywhere in USA will ever ever ever do anything this shady like storage units. You can literally move all your stuff out of your 10x10 at $264/mo. and move right back in to the same unit at $79. Wait two months, back up to $110, wait two more months, $129, wait a year or less $174, keep waiting you'll be back at $264/mo. It's time based progressive pricing, it has nothing to do with availability and a significant wear and tear on your body, not to mention if you need to pay movers or trucks. Don't pay the REITs to store your garbage, throw it in the trash or donate it. You will never have the time to go through it, don't fool yourself, you're putting money right in the trash, when you could've just put your useless crap in the trash. You've been Warned!

Very clean and safe storage facility with a convenient location. Had a little problem with the door upon vacating the unit and the manager, Jenny, went above and beyond to help me and her communication was excellent and friendly. If I’m ever in need of storage again I will return. Thank you so much!!!
