Super easy to rent a unit of the size you require! Great customer service! You don’t have to go into the office to rent you can do it online or over the phone in just a few minutes and then you are ready to move in immediately!

Extra Space has been perfect for what we need. Have a unit for my dad as well as ourselves. The price is right it’s clean. It’s air conditioned. It’s close and Ken in the front office is great, very helpful.

The staff at extra space in Pasco is very helpful annd accommodating. They give great suggestions for saving money and utilizing the storage space to the best advantage. I also had a claim due to damage from mom that hatched out of my couch and I was paid through their insurance. They helped by being cooperative and validating this damage

I was very excited when Extra Space Storage opened near me. I was one of the first to sign up for a unit. We needed a storage facility in Odessa. Unfortunately, they take full advantage of the month to month agreement. When Extra Space has the opportunity to raise their rates according to their contract, they do. I have 10X25 unit and my rate has doubled since first signing on. I’ve done some research, and other storage facilities that are in the area are 25%-30% less. My rate has never gone down, only up. The facility is nice, but other facilities are just as nice.
