This ExtraSpace Storage location in Orlando at Lakeunderhill Road is the finest example I've seen of a clean, well run, secure storage facility. The customer service Joe Rivera II and Ben Poole provide is outstanding and professional. I've stored my inventory for my eBay business since the early 2000's in a few different places and theirs is tops for security, ease of access and fair pricing with a easy to use website for payment of you monthly bill. I highly recommend you stop by and meet with Joe or Ben if you need a storage space, once you do you won't want to rent anywhere else! Thanks guys!

i was highly impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the facility and even referred a friend. They worked with me on the price (twice, once over the phone when I called the first time, and once again for the first month being half off). This really helped persuade me to store my stuff there. they have carts to use, and the units are air conditioned. the floors are even moderately shiny. they will get you on buying a lock for the unit ($15) but I saved $10/month by showing my renters insurance proof; that way I didn't need their insurance. The couple who work here are very friendly and understanding.

Everyone was very helpful when I needed a storage unit. They were very patient showing me the sizes and renting it was fast and easy. It is very clean and I feel comfortable knowing my items are secure. I do wish they were open 24 hours though. I would like to be able to go later in the evening if needed.
