Although there has been two switch of management and ownership of business I do appreciate the reach out from new owners to ensure no late fee. Could improve on smell of facility and cost monthly

? 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Public Storage location. I rented a 10x10 unit, but when I arrived, I was given a 5x10 unit instead. I went back online and rented another 10x10, hoping the issue would be fixed, but I still ended up with a 5x10. At that point, I thought, “Let me rent a 10x15. Maybe then I’ll finally get the 10x10 I originally needed.” Instead, I was given a 10x15 unit, and to make matters worse, there were no keys available for me to lock the unit. I was then charged $20 for keys even though there weren’t any keys provided in the unit.This was especially frustrating because I had movers waiting, and because of the storage issues and the time they had to spend waiting while I tried to get the correct unit, I was charged an additional $150 by the movers.This entire experience was horrible and extremely disappointing. I rented the correct size storage unit multiple times, yet I never received what I actually reserved. The lack of preparation and poor customer service cost me additional money, time, and a lot of stress.I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I expected a simple storage rental, but instead it turned into a complete nightmare. Public Storage needs to do much better at making sure customers receive the units they actually reserve and that the units are ready when they arrive.
