We moved our family from New York to Orlando area with three kids. The process was super stressful however, Joe over at extra storage was very helpful, down to earth, and informative. I give this establishment a 10 out of 10. If you are looking for a storage locker with no hassle this is the place to go ask for Joe and tell him I sent you. It’s clean, secure and they have lots of different options.

I was looking for a storage unit and decided on this location. I reserved the unit online and the process was super easy. I went to the office the next day and the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I met both Joe and John that were very professional and friendly. Joe was so kind as to show me the unit, how I would drive in, and access the elevator. To be honest with you, I am so happy that I selected this location. Not to mention that it is a brand new location, but I can see the safety considerations that was made when this location was built. To top it off, if it rains, no worries. . . they got you covered. I needed a convenient indoor storage option but expected to have to drive a distance to one. Well….this business just opened near us in the Lake Nona area. We met briefly with John on site and rented a unit. Very reasonable, and John was pleasant, thorough and very professional. A great add to our community!

Jonathan was amazing. He made everything so much easier when I was going through a hard time in my life he was up-to-date with all the information I needed kept me up-to-date and even when I messed up, he was able to reverse my mess up and made my life so much easier, couldn’t imagine doing this without him thank you thank you Jonathan

Went online and reserved a unit at this new storage location. The manager John called me the next day to check in with me and to see if I had any questions. I ended up going in a few days later and the representative named Joe promptly greeted me and brought me over to a computer to fill out the lease paperwork. He walked me through it and answered all the questions that I had. I started to move in the next day and the facility is very nice. All in all, great experience so far. Thank you.
