Anaid was exceptional! Professional, Knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to deliver five star service. I had been considering storage between this location and another neighboring town, however, she won me over by providing customized service for my storage needs and information that was critical for my storage needs. Anaid was the deciding factor to look no more, and sign. Instead of having that reluctant feeling when you purchase something or make an agreement for another bill added to your monthly expenses, she made me feel and know that I am in good hands and that this is the start of a great experience in my storage necessities to maintain for long to come.
