The gentlemen who work for you have been very professional and courteous to my husband and myself. This month we have encountered their help 3 or more times.....Justin is one and Kurt /Curt(?) helped me today. He texted me right away when he observed my storage locker wasn't properly locked. I did go into the office to pay my bill and he was just very kind. I appreciate these people you have hired. Thank you.

We have been renting climate controlled units at the1001 Lee Rd. facility for several years. While we were not happy with the staff when we originally rented, the current management has been considerate and helpful, and the current onsite manager Justin is awesome. He has been very responsive and flexible in helping us to find the best solution that accommodates our needs and has followed through with his promises. The facility has been clean with no odor and the temperature seems to be well maintained.
