I had an unfortunate incident happen at one of the locations. I called customer service and they were very understanding. Then within 30 minutes a woman named Jerry called me. She was amazing to work with, very pleasant and understanding about the situation, and immediately helped remedy the problem. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and I wish all of my experiences had a Jerry to talk to and resolve them. She made my day with her help and just overall positive attitude with me.
