Mike was professional and helpful, and I was thankful he knew just what my needs were. His advice and friendly demeanor won me over on the phone and because of his personality and thoughtfulness, I wouldn’t rent anywhere else! Once I arrive, he escorted me to the unit and say no more, I was in and out as promised! He even offered bottled water and donuts! I was thankful for the water with the heat index being 112 yesterday here in Sarasota Florida. Thanks Mike, Extra Space Storage should be proud to have you on board! Reservation process was easy and accommodating. Price is very competitive and the facility is spotless. While it might not be as convenient as a drive-up facility, but the extra security and climate-controlled condition more than make up for it. Mike the facility manager is very friendly and considerate. He even allowed me to move on a Sunday before having a contract. I'm sure I would be a continuing customer of Extra Space.
