I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage in Osprey! The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff is professional and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Mike was awesome! I used Extra space for about six months and the manager Mike was more than helpful and communicative on all things about the unit. I was in delay being locked out and the keys being back in Atlanta. Mike came in early to accommodate me and helped remove my old lock so I could access my unit. Would recommend to anyone needing a climate controlled storage facility in the Osprey/ Sarasota area!

Awesome staff at this location nothing but kindness and helpfulness, and you can’t beat the price point! It’s unfortunate that the homeless people smoke cigarettes in the climate controlled space down the hall from us though!

Moved to this location due to a 25% hike at my former storage building. Couldn’t believe the great pricing I got - essentially double the space at 40% of the cost of my former unit. Mike was fantastic - gave such great service I offered him a $20 tip which he refused to take - unbelievable. I told him I’d bring donuts for the Saturday morning “donut / coffee” bar that this location sets up weekly. I can’t say enough about this business and how great Mike is.
